Let’s face it. Have you been late for an appointment because of traffic, or couldn’t make it to clinic during working hours? I understand. In today’s world, why spend time traveling, or being bound to conventional hours, when we have technology in our hands?

That is why I’m offering online dietitian consults.

With so many platforms for video calls, we’ll find something that suits, be it Skype, Whatsapp, or Facebook calls. You save on time and money spent traveling because I’m offering you flexible timings to suit your needs. You may be in Singapore, on a business trip abroad, or still stuck in the office…and yet still be able to make it to our sessions and commit to your health.

How do online dietitian sessions work?

1. Initial session

See this first session as a way for us to get to know each other, so I can help you better. We’ll discuss your current dietary habits and food choices. We’ll look at what has worked, what hasn’t, and the difficulties that you have faced in achieving your dietary goals.

Together, we will develop some personalised strategies that you can try for a start and work through some learning points. Finally, we will set some short- and long-term goals, and discuss our follow-up plans based on your needs and finances.

2. Follow-up sessions

These sessions happen after the initial session. We will follow up on changes you’ve made, work through any challenges, and fine tune our plans further. Strategies that can help you achieve your smaller goals will be introduced, as we head towards success in your bigger goals.

See these sessions as tiny stepping stones towards an entire lifestyle change, which is achieved through patience, commitment, and perseverance.
