This smoothie was designed to replace a meal. At about 500 calories and 20 grams of protein, it resembles a typical meal. It contains calcium from milk, fibre from grains, fruits, and vegetables, and also some omega-3 fatty acids from chia seeds. Can’t get more balanced than this!
